HAPPY FEET :D

Happy feet is a history about a penguin called Mumble, that it can’t sing but it is an excellent dancer and the colony expels it, and it can’t declare its love for Gloria.
Mumble go out from the colony and it meets 3 penguins that tell it that there is a magic penguin, Dr. Love, which it is chocking by the plastic from the cans. Mumble is captured by the people that fish and throw litter in the water. The penguins start to dance, because the humans see that the penguins are protesting. And finally Mumble and Gloria fall in love.

I love this film because I see it at the first time with my children of summer camp, they are so cute and I love them a lot.

SNOW WEEKEND

At first weekend of February I wento to Andorra with my cousins. The first day we went to Puigcerdà where we spent one night .It was so beautiful because the day before snowed there and all village was snowed. Even that the most amazing of the holidays was the next day in Andorra. Early in the morning we went to Gran Valira. There we do a special activity, we went with dog's sled, I drove a dog's sled with 6 dogs. I like it a lot, these dogs only live to run. When they are stopped they cry because they only want to run. They are a special dogs, they are so friendly and loving, and especially are obedient. 

Before of that I went there, I thought that these dogs suffered a lot. Althouhgt after that I understand their obsession to running. The carers tell me that when the dogs are old they fall into depression and the veterinarian has to die them, because if they can't run the dogs can become crazy.

PEP GUARDIOLA LEAVE FCB

Today Pep Guardiola has left Barça after to be the trainer during 4 years. That decision has caused a big shock to all Culés. Pep during his job has givven all his effort and has done a big change in this team. He has been one of the best fcb's tranier ot the Barça story.

Guardiola has explained in the press  conference that he feels so agobiat and tired, he has provided a lot in this team even that now he can't contribute more.
English selection has offered him a job of coach. Pep thinks that it is a good oporunity for his children to go to England and for him to find more peace and tranquility.

In my opinion I think that nowadays Guardiola is and will be the best trainer that Barça have ever had. He was a fantastic player in this team and now has been a fantastic trainer. We always will remember like the best trainer that got all cups and competitons as have been possible.

my helmswoman experience

*The helmswoman/helmsman is who drive the boat.

I'm the helmswoman of seniors in my club since 3 months ago, last year I was the helsmwoman's cadet and now I have improved my level and I have could up to senior's team.

I do 3 regatas with seniors.The first one was fantastic, it was in Banyoles lake. There the water is quiet and there aren't waves. It is a favor point for the turns and I'm only have to fix to wind direction. Finally we were 2nd, it was a good resault. 

The second one was in Olimpic canal of Castelldefels. There was so current and it caused that the boat turn more quickly in one buoy and more slow in other. During the race it is so difficult to controled and I failed in one turn so that we lost for my guilt. I felt so bad, fortunately it was a friendly regata and it didn't influence to the catalonia's classification.
Finally the last regata arrived, it was in Banyoles, it was a very important competition because was Catalonia's competition and it was usefull to enter to Spain's competition. I rowed with my team against Sta. Cristina and Rem Badalona, unfortunatelly we were third because we had 3 rowers injured and it influencied to our position. Then I steering senior's team, I did a perfect turns and we won the regata. Thanks that in 27th of May we will go to Spain's competition in Torrevieja. I'm so nervous because there the helmsmen are professional and they turn the boat with 1 strocke and I can't low of 2 strocke, even that I will try to be the best.

The lion king

The king of all lions, Mufasa has a baby called Simba. This greatly angers Mufasa's brother Scar, who would have been next in line to the throne. Scar plots to kill Simba and Mufasa, and leads them to a gorge. There Mufasa is killed by a herd of Wildebeest, and Simba is led to believe by Scar that he is responsible for his death. Simba then runs away, and Scar becomes king of the pride lands. After several years, in which time Simba has grown up, he returns with the help of some new friends to the pride lands, where he has a final battle with Scar and wins back the pride lands.
I love this film since I was little, it one of the best films of WhaltDisney.

I love the sea...

This is Cadaques, one of Its beaches, wit its typical round stones and clear water.
In this image you can see, at the front, the typical round stones and two fishing boats, with two oars and one rope to anchor the boat, next to the water.
In the middle of the picture you can see the clear blue water with some buoys to limit the swimming zone.
At the background next to the shore there are 3 fishing boats anchored.
And finally, next to the water, at the background, there are some fishermen white houses of Cadaques, surrounded by trees. This zone is magnificent for walking and enjoys the landscape.

CARNIVAL'12

This year the Carnival was on the 18th of February in Roses and St. Pere and the next weekend was in Castelló.

It is the best party of the year and this year was different because we have changed the group and all the girlls went with the Group of 91 year, this name is Muralla 52, that is a joke that we did when we did the carnival cart.

In respect of the costume we went as "BULMA and FULLET TORTUGA" these are two characters of Dragon Ball, the girls wore a pink dress and the most ridiculous add was that the girls had to pint our hair blue, even that finally we wore a blue wig. The boys had to wore a bold wig and I think that it is more riciulous than girls.

Also in Carnival everybody wears a different costumers and anyone who doesn't wear a costume looks ridiculous.

The first Carnival was in Roses, it was special, like every year because there it's different than here. Next night we went to St. Pere, there we always enjoyed a lot, it's simple and bit, although it's so funny. Finally next week we staied in Castelló, it is the best Carnival for me every year, It's different than the others even that it's so funny.

The majority of parents think that this party is only a drunks party although I think that it's wrong. If you don't drink the party is the same than if you drink.

So It is my favourite party of the year.

REVENGE

This is an amazing film. At first it seems a typical film of two girls that travel arround the Europ and they have a party life , although at a moment of the film it turns way round.

Sinopsis:

Two girls go to Paris during the summer because they want to follow th U2 tour. At first the father of the protagonist didn't want it, even that finally he lent her to do it.

When they arrive to the airport of Paris they know a man with who share the taxi. The girls spent the days into a friend's cousin house and the taxe lend the girls there. A few hours later during the protagonist is phoning her father she see how two men get into in the house and raped her friend. Luckly father's NOIA had worked in CIA and he hels his daughter and said: " Go under the next bed, don't move and calm down, now they raped ou , when they do it you lend on the phone and try to describes the men" At this moment all film change. After that the father take a plane to Paris and start to seek clues. Then find the man of airport although unfortunatly he die and the father contunue the research.

The film continue even that, I don't want to explain the end of the film because I already have explained a lot.

I recommend this film for everybody because is so interesting and different to others films.

Rowing party

Last Sunday we went to the rowing party in Banyoles. That day I only slept 2h because Saturday before was St. Peter Carnival. We started with a Regatta, where we were third although we had to compete against boys and I think that it was a fantastic resault.

After that we did the rowing party. We lunch all teams of rowing together and with olympics rowers too. There the federation presedint gave the cups , my club won 2 cups, one for the seniors and one for the juniors (us). Because during this season we haven't lost any regatta. I'm so proud of my team because together we get that we wanted.

we spent in Banyoles all day, it was absolutly fantastic and necessary for me, because I wanted to start again the pre-season, because since September of 2011 I couldn't seen my rower friends of other teams, together we laugh a lot and it's always misses. They are so important for me because we have lived the most importants moments for us together. Although when we are on the water we aren't so friends because they are our enemy too. Even that they are a important people for me. Definitely this is a big part of this sport, because row links all people, it needs a strong and special personality that only we share.

University

Last Friday we went to UDG (Girona's university). There we spent all morning and we could go to different presentations of different degrees.

In Girona I went to the Medicine presentation, I liked it a lot although it's so difficult for me to get a place in this degree.

The week before we went to Barcelona on UAB. There we went to Biosciencies presentation, I liked it so much however the best were Biomedicine and Microbiology. If I don't get a place in Medicine I will try to get a place in these degrees.

Next year I hope that I can do one of these degrees. Now I really have to concentrate on Batxillerat and I have to prepare for the PAU.

The Grey's anatomy

I love The Grey's anatomy, it is so real and I like it a lot because I would like study Meidicine next year. I know that the hospitals are so different than the medicine TV series even that I like it. The principal characters are:

Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) is the protagonist. She is who do differents reflections on the begining and the final of each chapter. These reflections are so emotional and intelligent.

Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) is the best friend of Meredith. She is very competitive and a little disagreeable, but also is sweet and dreamy.

Izzie Stevens (Katherine Heigl) is the Meredith's floor partner. She is so beauty and for that, at the begining the other doctors didn't see she so credible. Finally she could show her level. And she has got an obsession so funny: When she is annyoing she has the obsession of cooking.

Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) he is the other partner of Meredith. He is a little arrogant but finally he shows his sweet part.

Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) she is the Meredith's boss. She is so nervous and has a strong personality and her housemen call her : Nazi.

Callie Torres she is a resident of the hospital. Callie is strong and her speciality are the bones.

Derek Sheperd he is the most famous surgeon of the Seattle Grace, he is so sexy, although he so sociable and clever. I like him because is a person who never surrender, Derek is my ideal partner.

Mark Sloan he is the plastic surgeon of the Seattle Grace. Mark is the hottie of the hospital, he is well-built, broad-shoulder, blue eyes, quite tall... is perfect. Even that is a good doctor.

George O'Malley he is a clever resident. He is bit unsafe although is absolutly the futur of the hostpital, without George all change.

Richard Webber is the director of the hospital, he has a special love to Meredith because he see her like his daughter. His job is his life.

I like it so much because it reflects my dream future.

Junk TV

On the TV there a a lot of soap opera a bad programmes where only to criticize the famous people or the typical latin Amercia series, that type of TV is the Junk TV. In Spanish TV it is so common overcoat in Tele5. It is a tv channel where are a little fascist, racist... and in Catalonia it has bad reputation. In this channel there are a differents soap opera:

"Mujeres y Hombres y viceversa"

It is a tv programme that organise a dates but I think that the presenter and the appointment gays only scream and criticise.

"Salvame deluxe"

It is the famous programme of Belen Esteban. It is so awful.

"Gran hermano"

It is so famous programme where a group of people live in the same house and they have learned to live together.

There a lot of junk programmes, I think that it is the sample of our country, the other people of Europ or the world think that in Spain there are only party, bullfighters, lazy pepole and uncultured people. I'm not feel of Spain, I'm feel Catalan,althouhg the difference isn't great even that there are differences between Spain and Catalonia.

Bojan in "El convidat"

Last Monday on Catalan tv (Tv3) at 10:30 p.m there was a TV programme, "El convidat" it is a programme where Albert Om goes to a famous persons house and does an interview with him.

In the last programe he went to Bojan's house in Roma. Bojan is an ex-FCB player. He was a good player, he had a lot of oportunities in Barça but Guardiola could not convince him to stay. Bojan put up with a lot of games . Finally at the final championships he decided that he was young and in the future would have more oportunities.

La Roma (italian team) offered him a place in La Roma, It was difficult decision for him but he took a chance and now he is living in Roma.

On the programme it said that he is so sensitive and it is so hard for him, that his parents and girlfriend often go there.

Albert asked him about his relation with Guardiola. He explained that they didn't get on but he said that he is one of the best barça trainers.

Another interesting question was: Can you compare soring a goal with having an orgasm?

Bojan answered that the emotion of a goal is a big experience and very special, and when you are in the game you prefer a goal but in reality an orgasm is better.

Kayak day! :)

In the 1st of October I were to an excursion by kayak with the people that do rowing in Xon's Rem Empuriabrava. We could get the kayak all day and we could go from Llança to Port de la Selva.

During the rout we saw different coves, it was amazing but I reconize that I was scared. It was very dark!

It would be little boring if I say to you that we only rowed to Port de la Selva but it woud be a lie.

We rowed, we did races but it was only the begining. Then the seniors tried to over turn our kayak, luckly we got away but for a little time...

If I say that the seniors are twice the people we are and one of them is 2.15m tall and his arms are big and strong like my thighs, only for that you already know that they turned over our kayak. I was a big bad experience. We needed help!

Finally after a ot bad experience like it. We arrived on the beach, we ate a sandwich and returned to Llança. Do you think that it was more paceful than the journey there? No... we were more time under the water than in the kayak...

Luckly we come across to a friend with her yacht and she to pulled our kayaks. It was like doing water skiing but with kayak. I was a wonderful day.

Bad experiences but funny

Once I went to Madrid with my famlily and it snowed a lot, we spent the time trapped in the hotel. The snow was higher than the cars. Luckly our cars were in other site without snow. That night we went to the city, during the return it snowed so much and the police told us we had to leave the cars where they were. We were 20min walking to the hotel, the police took my cousin and me and they left us at the hotel but the rest of my family had walked until the hotel. It seems a bad experience but we laugh a lot every time that we think about that holidays.

Another time my family and I spent a weekend in Barcelona, because my cousin lived there. My aunt was ill and while we were in the Catalunya's square she had vomited in the bin. It isn't a funny experience but if I told you that in that square in front of my aunt there was a demostration and they said: It's smells here! it change?

My family are very funny and often live bad but funny experiences.

If I could be anyone, I would be...

If you ask Maria, she would say that I would be like a pig or seal ( it is a joke that we have) but I think that I would like to be Cesc Fabregas (but as a woman).

I think this because Cesc is a person that I admire. He is intelligent, friendly... but I admire him because since he was little he has fought for his objectives, like get into "La Masia" in FCB. Later when he was 17 he went out of the Barça to go to Arsenal, because he knew that i he went to the Arsenal he could improve his level and try a new experience. Finally when he wanted to return to FCB he fought another time of his objective. Now I'm very proud that he is in FCB another time because I'm a fan fo him.

I admire the fighter people because in a few time they get to become true their dreams. Fabregas is a big person he is a fighter and in my opinion that it's very important in our lifes.

I admire Cesc and I could live a experience with him that I will never forget. When he arrived in FCB I could go to the Camp Nou and see his presentation. It was so special for me.

MEMORIES

I remember my first day in INS Castelló d'Empúries I was dying with feat because in primary school the teachers mentaly prepare us that the high school is very difficult and hard but I told myself that it couldn't be that difficult and hard.

My firs day of ESO was ridiculous because I had gone in a class that I only know four teenagers. In that moment I was so sensitive and asked my teacher if I could change to another class with my friends. Why did everything happen to me?

When I could change to the other class I started my life in ESO.

Each year has had something special for me but I have waited for this year for 5 years. Even thaught I'm sure that I will never forgot these 4 years here. I will always remember the trip to Belgium in 1st of ESO, the skiing trip in 2nd , the day of St Jordi day in 3rd, the Playbakc and Musical in 4th and Italy.

Finally it has been funny and special.

CATALAN LEAGUE OF ROWING

Last summer was hard for me and my team, but finally we won the Catalan League of rowing.
I still remember the day that our trainer said: Do you want to win the league this year?
We looked at ourselves and then we answered: YES!
I thought that it would be difficult, but if we got it we would realize a dream.
Who wouldn´t want to win a league?

The pre-season was fantastic, we won the Catalan competition of ergometry and rowing in Palamós. Then we won the Catalan competition of rowing in Banyoles too but the luck didn't last for ever. In Port de la Selva the jury told us wrong distance,and so in the final when we were wining we did the distance that jury said but the real distance was the twice this amount.
The pre-season finished and then we trained a lot for the league.
The league started very well, we won the first competition in Blanes with 11s up. When the 2nd competition was due , on the final race we had a problem with a girl of our team and we were 2nd. That problem bad and it damaged the league. In my opinion the best solution was that the problematic girl couldn't row until her attitude improved. For bad luck no one supported me and the girl continued row.
Do you want know what happened?
We lost the next competition, and the other until in Deltebre where we ware first! It changed our mood and we were very funny.
It was a funny thing bad we had some bad news, we only had one competition to win the league.

The last competition arrived, the seniors won, the cadets won, and we...
WON TOO!
Unfortunately the problems in our team continued and the last Catalonia's competition when we were 1st, the problematic girl stopped rowing ( I don't know why) and the 2nd boat advance us in 20 lasts meters.

It has been a fantastic summer and league thanks to rowing!

COMPETITION OF ROWING !

That is a video of a rowing competition it appears a videoclip- In a rowing federation web. There are different videoclips for each competition and this song is special for my team because we won the league there, in Lloret de mar. During the year we go there two times. When these competitions get closer we are so nervous because we always lose there.
Finally in the last comptetition, we proved our level and that we can win when we set out to do it.
That video show the differents races of that day. The race is different for each category, for cadet's category the race lasts about 3 minutes and is 500m longer, the race of juvenil's category lasts 5-6 minutes and is 1km longer like veteran's cateogry and finally the senior's category lasts 7-8 minutes and is 1,5 km longer. It can seems that it is short but rowing is an explosive sport and requires a lot of energy in a short time.

My summer job

Last summer I worked in a summer camp. I was the instructor of P4 (children are 4 or 5 years old). I think that it would be tired and heavy but it was the opossite, It was wonderful. When I arrived every morning all children hug me and they made be happy to see me. The first week was a little difficult, I didn't know that I had done because I didn't know the children but They make know so fast. I organized activities for them with Jofre, Jordi , Núria and Maria (the others instructors of P4) . We created a story and intruduced the children into that. Was struck me most was the fondnees that I have to them. The love of the children every day it's wonderful, Everyday they have a smiling and a hug for you, only for that they make to be happy to you.

The other wonderful part of the summer camp is the all instructors. They are a fantastic people, they warmly welcomed me since the first day and now they are another friend's group for me for pass a good time together. Last summer was fantastic with them and I will never forget all moments that we spent together.
